RETURNS

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Hot Rod E-Gift Card. We do not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; purchaser is responsible for covering shipping costs back to our warehouse. 

Return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Undergarments, swimwear, eye wear, watches, monogrammed, personalized, and SALE items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.



Returns must be requested within (2) days of receipt of goods. The return eligibility date will be based upon the date of delivery. 

In order to expedite the processing of your return, please email: contact@hotrodlosangeles.com and identify your order number and request for return. 

Any items being returned must include all original packaging (hang tag, box, poly bag, etc.) and must be received in our warehouse within (7) days from the time the return is approved via email, or unless otherwise specified.

HRLA© reserves the right to limit or deny returns.

 

BOX POLICY

We guarantee our products are brand new, authentic and come in its original box/packaging. We will not be able to
guarantee the condition of the shoe box or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you are a collector, we would
recommend for you to purchase in-store so you can physically inspect the product.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to the countries you’re able to choose between. If you can’t find your country there we’re sorry to say that we don’t.

How do I pay for the products?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Please note that some American and Canadian card companies can have a block against foreign purchases and what you have to do then is to just tell them to remove it.

The payment doesn't go through?

Due to security reasons your card must be issued in the same country as you place the order from and the shipping address must also be in that same country.

What is the delivery time?

Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible; often the day after it was ordered. Depending on USPS & UPS's delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, the delivery time varies between (2-5) business days. Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

Why can't I order the item I want?

If you can't choose a certain size or item that means that it's sold out. We do our best to keep well stocked with popular items, but sometimes they are sold out. First come, first served.

Where are you based?

The Hot Rod LA office is based in Los Angeles. We handle everything in the web shop from LA because we have our warehouse here.

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Contact us at contact@hotrodlosangeles.com and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can.

Can I cancel my order?

If you are fast and we haven’t packed it yet we might be able to help you.

Do I have to have an account to order?

Yes! But you will automatically create an account when you are placing your first order.

How do I get the latest information from Hot Rod LA?

Do I get an order confirmation from you after I placed an order?

Yes when you finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you´ve submitted when placing the order. If you haven´t recieved a order or shipping confirmation please check your spam cart or contact us at contact@hotrodlosangeles.com and we will look into it.
