All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. The restocking fee and any shipping fees will be subtracted from the return for partial refund or store credit. HRLA@ reserves the right to limit or deny returns.
Return items must unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Undergarments, swimwear, eyewear, watches, monogrammed, personalized, and SALE items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns must be requested within (2) days of receipt of goods. The return eligibility date will be based upon the date of delivery.
In order to expedite the processing of your return, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and identify your order number and request a "Return Authorization Form."
Once your return authorization request is approved, we will respond via e-mail with a return shipping label. Any items being returned must include all original packaging (hangtag, box, polybag, etc.) and must be received in our warehouse within (7) days from the time the return shipment label is received, or unless otherwise specified.

Do you ship to my country?
We only ship to the countries you’re able to choose between. If you can’t find your country there we’re sorry to say that we don’t.
How do I pay for the products?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Please note that some American and Canadian card companies can have a block against foreign purchases and what you have to do then is to just tell them to remove it.
The payment doesn't go through?
Due to security reasons your card must be issued in the same country as you place the order from and the shipping address must also be in that same country.
What is the delivery time?
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible; often the day after it was ordered. Depending on USPS & UPS's delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, the delivery time varies between (2-5) business days. Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.
Why can't I order the item I want?
If you can't choose a certain size or item that means that it's sold out. We do our best to keep well stocked with popular items, but sometimes they are sold out. First come, first served.
Where are you based?
The Hot Rod LA office is based in Los Angeles. We handle everything in the web shop from LA because we have our warehouse here.
My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Contact us at email@example.com and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can.
Can I cancel my order?
If you are fast and we haven’t packed it yet we might be able to help you.
Do I have to have an account to order?
Yes! But you will automatically create an account when you are placing your first order.
How do I get the latest information from Hot Rod LA?

Do I get an order confirmation from you after I placed an order?
Yes when you finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you´ve submitted when placing the order. If you haven´t recieved a order or shipping confirmation please check your spam cart or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it.
